Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Carly Wells has lived in Arkansas for eleven years now. She has four kids and homeschools them part time. She's been a real estate agent for four years and currently holds her Arkansas real estate license with O'Neal Real Estate, where she also manages their social media pages.

Growing up in Fort Worth, Carly has been a huge Red Dirt music fan for most of her life. So, when she was given the opportunity to work at Red Dirt Radio, she couldn't pass it up. In her spare time, she loves to cook, spend time outdoors, go to the gym, and catch every Red Dirt concert that she can!
